How are payments protected?
Seekers pay into an escrow account before a job goes live. The provider only gets paid once the seeker confirms the work is complete. If a job is cancelled, the seeker is refunded.
How does BUSSYY verify providers?
Providers complete KYC — PAN and bank verification (plus optional GST) through a regulated escrow partner — before they can accept paid work.
What does it cost?
Services start at ₹200 per hour. The final amount includes applicable GST, shown upfront before you pay. A small platform fee is deducted from the provider's payout.
How do I start a job safely?
When a provider arrives, they share a 4-digit start PIN from their app. You enter it to confirm the correct person is on-site and to timestamp the start of work.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Account Deletion page and submit a request with your registered email. We remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
